Taken in early, job completed on time without any fuss. Unless proven otherwise the work done all appears tidy and professional.

Booked in a few days after I contacted them for a crack in my windscreen. Not knowing the time we needed to be there until 4pm the day before is a bit odd and not great for planning but it is what it is.  Job was done well in the time stated, stuck my reversing camera and dash cam back up for me too which was nice.

They crashed my vehicle while reversing it our of their workshop unit. Customer service refusing to resolve the issue or fix the damage.Service:&nbsp;Auto windshield replacement

Quick and efficient, friendly staff. Update:- was quick as job not done properly, daughters wiper blades where put back on wrong way around and bent, she had to take to a garage and pay £75 to get fixed.

Turned up to find the wrong windscreen had been ordered, so a wasted journey. The home visit was very good - fast and efficient.

Could do with an indicator sign off the main road to find the place at the back of the industrial estate, but when you find it the staff are very helpful, explanatory and quick to fix the repairs. Also plenty of emails and phone calls before booking and very helpful to bring booking forward if a spare slot becomes free in advance. Superb service.

Having had many screens replaced over the years has given us plenty of experience of the process. On this particular occasion I must say I'm very disappointed in the service we'd received. Having booked the screen to be replaced we were given a date a week away. Not a problem, we accepted they may be busy and short staffed. However on the morning of fitting we were rang and the fitting cancelled because of illness, again accepted but not entirely happy at booking a day off from work. Anyway the soonest we could get rebooked was another week away but because of the cancellation we were put as priority 1st fitting 9am, on the day we ended up last fitting 4.45pm, another whole day wasted, compensation? Not a bloody chance, another days work lost, and £85 excess to pay. We'll think twice about using them again for any work.
