All whilst they knew my wife was dying of cancer........ Absolutely shocking behaviour. They burn trade waste in their yard and smoke out the highly used path by the river behind them. They lied to my friend about needing to fit 2 tyres £290 supplied and fitted for average branded tyres!  Wow! when only one was worn. They SAID IT WAS THE LAW. They changed their approach when she went down there with her Police note book and she told them the law. They over filled my brake reservoir to the brim on my wife's car and had my van for 6 months and did nothing but broke the bonnet catch and charged me for an engine clean that they did not do. They will overuse Sir and Madam when addressing you, and they give you a courtesy pack of sweets I'm diabetic a pointless 1970s plastic key ring I'm returning it all so they can mask there fake customer service. They tried to tell me I needed to replace my expensive rear beam because it had some rust but the man at the maindealer said that in 27 years he'd never sold a rear beam. Citroen parts department said "What vehicle that has been on the road for a year doesn't have rust on it?"  It was inspected by a main dealer and they informed me that it didn't need replacing. I got the main dealer to check through the 36 point list given to me by Express Auto and 3/4's listed was a lie. In my experience this company is an absolute joke and they will consider you as they would a walking cash machine. They are all about the money and that is it. I was also their neighbour in the yard next door but still they held my van and did not contact me. I contacted them when I walked past and saw my van parked with the vehicles that they scrap. Odd odd odd My van was back on the road for £670 from the main dealer. Express Auto when I complained told me it had sat with them because it was NON VIABLE to repair. We'll, it would be if you're trying to charge for work which doesn't need carrying out. You should be ashamed Muhammed. Truly.

Good local firm I go back time and time again for my m.o.t always friendly Dave and rest of staff. Had a good chat with lady who just been there last 6 months lovely amiable  and pleasant explained things and never felt like just a number. Recommended and reasonable and not pushy. Honest garage.

This garage is truly the most honest and trustworthy one I've come across. They give completely honest advise best suited to you, not just out to make big profits. Always available to help whether by phone or popping the car down. Great team and always a lovely experienceServices:&nbsp;Tires

I searched from Google with 5*. So went there to top up the engine oil without appointment. I wait a few minutes and did the job with no charge fee. All works are friendly and nice. Definitely recommended. Thank you.Service:&nbsp;Oil change
