Really amazing, the cottages are more like houses and large ones at that views are beautiful owners extremely helpful answered all the questions we had, good prices really felt like home if only for a week. Cannot speak highly enough of this place if looking for a place to stay in and around linlithgow if there is a lot of you or just a few worth every penny. The hot tub and play park just hammer home the near perfectness of this place side note we built a an igloo with the Erskines (owners)

I've organised a Party here for a group of Girls for their Hen Party . The Equipment is new and cook there is very comfortable . If you are a Private Chef like me or If you are a Guest and like to cook for your group of guests , then I highly recommend this property for your vacation . You can  also organise your BBQ outside . The Village nearby is also nice to discover and walking track are everywhere if you like a relaxed holiday , then you can have it as well. Perfect Location . Giuseppe Manzoli-Chef

Brilliant beautiful very clean, well stocked holiday cottages. Hot tubs were amazing and an added bonus. Beautiful location 5 mins Drive from Linlithgow palace. 
Very easy access to motorway network for Edinburgh Perth Dundee and Glasgow. Would highly reccomend .

Went here for a family holiday, great little place, tucked out of the way with hot tubs, big open plan kitchens and communal areas and play park for the kids. The 2 houses we hired had a big door between them which opened up, making it one great big area. The only draw back was the Jack & Jill toilets with a lock on only one of the 2 doors into them
