I thought I would write a short review after my experience of buying a high-end Jaguar model from Oakwoods. I didn't expect to buy from them but the quality of the vehicle when I came to view it was exceptional and as it was a rare model and spec I could have been waiting months to find another as good as this one. Special mentions for Luey & Nigel for all the help in making my vehicle purchase so straightforward. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys if you are looking for prestige or sports vehicle. A very professional team indeed. Thank you - Andy, West Sussex.

Complete cowboys.  The car spec was not as described in the ad ("an admin error!"), even changing tyres for old ones before collection.  Parts missing on collection. The owner doesn't take any responsibility, fobs you off with excuses. They call themselves a prestige dealer - it's a joke, they're renting a few sq ft from the dealer next door.  Amazed they're in business at all.  The price goes up when you enquire - no choice about purchasing a (worthless) warranty and a non-existent 'full' service.  Avoid them, they're a waste of time. (I'd go so far as to suggest the glowing reports on Autotrader and on Google are fabricated.)

My wife and I have bought and sold 5 cars within the last 7 years from Oakwoods. Have found them to be fair and a friendly bunch of guys. First class service. Would recommend.
