The place is full of shelves filled with books. Did not even had to book anything. Just take whatever you see in a real time. Definitely will go again if around or about.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
My local library - absolutely love it. Large and has many floors, inclusive to all age groups. Last minute printing saved my life once. Very quiet and exactly what you need from a library.
Good place, modern and friendly staff. However the library is used by people to meet and have fun, they scream and have zero respect for others, it's not possible to focus and workVisited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Free entrance. Well lit and spacious, with lots of sitting spaces. The staff seems helpful and the there are plenty of books. Some bookshelves seem to be mislabelled religion books are placed under philosophy for example. However, the environment is conducive for working and studying for sure. A small Brent museum and exhibition at Level 2, which is interesting, would be nice to walk around to spend some time.
Very nice library clean and tidy ground floor and 1st floor and second floor has stairs and a lift and toilets.. has wide range of books hardbacks and paperbacks plus new books also 2 self service machines to borrow return books and can download the libraries app. Can reverse books too.
I have recently started volunteering here for the Duke Of Edinburgh. The library is very modern and spacious. Due to it getting busy it is hard for us to control the amount of noise but if you ask then staff can lead you to the IT room which is only completely silent area in the library. Sometimes it can be a mess because people things leave around but we try our best to keep it as organised as possible. The exhibition here is really cool on the 2nd floor and an awesome place to take children. Most staff are really friendly and will help you out.
This is a fantastic community hub that seamlessly blends culture and education. It's not just a library; it's a dynamic space offering a wide range of resources, from books to workshops and cultural events. The friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere make it a place that's accessible and inviting for all. It's an invaluable resource for the community, promoting a love of learning and culture, and serving as a true neighbourhood gem.
Nice place , big and clean ! Staff very helpful! The best library in London
Wi-fi is basically non-existent because it is not working & very slow, needs to be fixed otherwise would be a problem for people trying to work or study here.
I love this place, great amenities and community vibe wish they had a larger performing arts section though.
