It is ok. Compared to other libraries this must be under average. Small and not spacious. Still it is nice to sit and read or take kids to enjoy
The staff is friendly and helpful. But we love the older library more than this. And this must be technically improved.
Staff are nice and friendly and non staffed hours work well too. It is much smaller than it used to be so fewer options but it is a wonderful library
No one around to help. I wanted to print out and was unabled to do so as you need libary card to get in and to print. The worst library have seen in London. Other placese at least have someone who can assist you. Need some serious fix in this library. Avoid at all cost.
Well stocked comfy areas to read, it, etc.
Only can hold around 15-20 people for studies. Absolutely poor.
Barnet Council, what have you done? This was a great community hub, had a good range of books and staff that genuinely loved their jobs. Its now a tired little room that looks as if it is still being built, with few books that are old run by significantly demotivated staff that ignore your plea's for help. A sad day.
