Nice place to shop but shelves were half empty and very untidy so making it difficult to see items that should be displayed and faced so more visible to customers
All I can is, Wilko what has happened, empty shelves, long queues at checkouts. All very confusing, there seemed to be stuff shelved everywhere so had trouble finding what I wanted, loads of rollers piled high with stick which have been there since I was in the shop last week still not dressed on ie Spring bulbs. Very little stationary considering it is back to school time!
Good value for money company. Sometimes stock levels could be better. I am a particular fan of there picture frames. Quality at a decent price.
Who doesn't like a little Wilkos? The staff are helpful and friendly, always a basket handy. Have some good products.
I think Wilko Sutton is great....staff are lovely & helpful...prices are very helpful in these hard times... particularly now in march when the utility bills come in...

Could do with pricing things properly. Some things in wrong place, e.g. a £10 rug was actually £30 when scanned at till.
Bought two walk-in greenhouses for a bargain price of £45 each. Just what I've been looking for.
I wish I could give this store 5 stars because the variety of goods is second to none. If only they could reduce the queue for the cash customers by employing more than one cashier. Someone must have been reading my post and probably many others because on my next visit the queue was being served very quickly. Well done Wilko.
