I'm a big fan of Wilko generally ... I see it as the modern-day Woolworths, and I mean that as a compliment. This branch is pretty big, spread over 2 floors, so the range of stock is very broad indeed. There are 9 tills, I've never seen more than 4 open, and there are often long queues to pay.

1 star is for the products as they offer a great selection of products but the staff in the weymouth store are just awful. Today marked the second occasion I have walked up to a member of staff to ask a question only to be ignored because they were talking in a very demeaning way about a colleague. A month or so ago the same thing happened but it was management and Rotas and they loudly scrutinising. The times in between these staff never want to help you find anything and one woman was sweeping up the pick and mix section f’ing and blinding! Overall I find staff to be rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. It has gotten to the point now where I feel too angered or uncomfortable to shop in store so I’ll go elsewhere or online.

Some of the rudest staff I have come across. The queuing system at the tills is appalling. Put this store as a flagship to wilko and they will go out of business in days. I always dread shopping here
