Phil and Tom are the most helpful and pleasant people I have ever bought furniture off! After an initial thought to get a corner sofa bed we dropped that idea after struggling to find one with the right style and comfort so we decided to re-visit this place where we bought some gorgeous wall lamps last month. We were not disappointed, we soon honed in on the perfect sofa and with the help of Tom's styling eye and Phil's attention to detail we left happy with the perfect addition to our cottage. Cant fault these guys, even the coffee was well made! We will be back and spending more money with them, they deserve all the success they get.
Salesperson, Phil, was very helpful and patient. Explained all about the sofa, materials and fillings.
Drove down after viewing online,well worth the 300 mile round trip, to try out and view the industrial corner dining unit Most impressed and purchased on the day with excellent advice and help from Phil. After having our kitchen altered we realised that we would need another identical unit, made one phone call to Phil and it was delivered 3 days later Superb service and very happy with our purchases, shame we are so far away
Popped into Woods at Brewery Square over the weekend, as friends of ours had said about the wonderful items that they had. I was pretty much amazed at the range that just make a room. I was approached by one of the team, their approach was friendly and professional, and I saw the interaction they had with another customer, they were not pushy, and they really listened to the customer on her requests. Well done Woods I will be back.
Visited this amazing hone shop the staff left u to browse no heavy pressure. Then when u needed help they were there. Had a lovely guy called phil look after us. Was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank u phil for making the visit that bit more special. The furniture is nicely placed in our holiday apartment where our holiday guests can enjoy it. Will be back very very soon. This home shop is probably the best I have ever visited it has quality and the prices are very very reasonable. They have the balance spot on.
Excellent customer care from Phil. He welcomed us to the store by reassuring us that we could bring our puppy inside and not just peer through the window. We looked around various chairs and Phil made himself available to us, but in a non-pressuring way. From us standing outside, to the point where we bought a chair, Phil was great. The management of the store must be very happy to have him on their team.
First time buying from Woods. Excellent customer service from Phil who made our delivery happen in time for my daughters birthday, much appreciated. Products were excellent quality. Thoroughly recommend Woods even if you are out of town.
We visited Woods at Brewery Square to purchase a dinning table and chairs and the customer service received from Phil was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and he was attentive and helpful through the whole process. The delivery team has a lot to live up to....I hope they can do it !!
Visited Woods today at Brewery Square. Was served by Phillip. Super guy, super service!!Very knowledgable about all the furniture we viewed. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this shop. Can’t wait for our new dining table and chairs to arrive.
My Partners Grandma Carol Riley is so pleased with her new sofa From Woods. The customer service from Phillip was excellent, nothing too much to ask and stress free. One happy customer.
