Couldn’t recommend this store enough. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I received amazing service from Chantelle who I think is a true asset to the company. I will continue to use this shop at every given opportunity.
I made my first visit to Toolstation yesterday and it was my good fortune to be assisted by a member of staff named Graham. His friendly approach coupled with his knowledge are unsurpassed and I very quickly had the items needed for my current project. I am most grateful for the help afforded and will be back again whenever I need something I my for future projects. Top notch
Excellent staff, Superfast service. I always use the Weymouth store because the well organised staff are very helpful and friendly. The store is situated in an easily accessed trading park with free parking directly in front of the store, A++++
Got buses to Weymouth Toolstation, wanted a roll of wire, a top seller didn't have it, Toolstation man said can get it tomorrow maybe, so another £4 bus fare and another day wasted, will never ever get anything done like that, useless won't waste time with them again, got some plastic guttering & brackets off Toolstation last year and as I was putting the new guttering into the new brackets two of brackets broke like they were made of recycled plastic, Iv had brackets over 10 years old and they never broke while putting the guttering in them, Screwfix usally as everything when I go there and can sometimes get discount vouchers off them in the post, Toolstation as never sent me any vouchers only their catalogue
Didn't know this place existed! Desperately needed bolts and padlocks and b&q had absolutely none! Google search came up with toolstation who's service and prices are excellent. Will definitely be coming here rather than b&q for diy stuff in future!
Probably the best branch in the brand, all the staff are both friendly and professional, and they go that extra mile to help. They know me by name and always have a smile. A great asset to the company. TMI
