On line shopping experience awful. I ordered goods to be delivered on a specified date but due to circumstances beyond my control, I tried to change the date. I rang the number given several times but, despite hanging on the line for 30 minutes each time, no one picked up. I also emailed and although giving them more than a weeks notice, no one got back to me. I now wait to see what will happen when I am not at home for the goods to be delivered. It’s a bit frustrating for a company to offer on line shopping but then not support it adequately.

One of those shops you just can't go into without finding something you really think you should have, but probably don't really need. Huge selection of varied stock.

The range has some really good products but some of it is simply cheap not inexpensive. I bought a new drying rack but it was flimsy, difficulty to put together due to the parts not fitting together properly and I took it back. There are some great crafts items in store and they have a really good range of Kilner jars which has helped me arrange my food cupboard. The parking is okay although a little cramped and floods easily.

Went in this morning, very unhelpful staff, new nothing about the products or their stock. I spoke to a young girl called Sophie first who had no clue about what stock they had in and couldn’t be bothered to find out so told us to look for someone else .. We then went to the customer service desk and spoke to a grumpy older lady with brown hair and she new nothing so called someone over the speaker.. then Sophie re appeared who explained that she already spoke to us and didn’t want to help, they then started arguing with each other so we put down everything and walked out. Dreadful service, I think your staff need a lot of product training, a dash of personality and a smile wouldn’t go amiss either!

Cheap tut mixed with sell priced essentials. They be crammed more and more in each time I visit so it's harder to really see things properly. Always spend money.
