Air con stop working today. Called in to book but looked at it there and then. Pipe was leaking. They fixed it, top up the gas and now works great. Notice from last review that they never posted how good they have been, but very quick to post if they have a problem. this garage will always sort problems out to keep the customer happy, top rated garage.

I've been using this garage since I first moved to Nottingham. I've never had any issues at all prior to my most recent experience. I took my car in last week, they had a look at it and said one of my brake discs needed changing and in order to do so they had to change my brake pads  (which they said had about 7000miles left on them). I obviously agreed as I'm not well versed with car maintenance. That cost £250 Inc labour. Picked my car up that evening and as I was driving home, my car sounded exactly the same as it did when I dropped it off that morning! I called them the next morning and they told me to bring it in again. Brought it in again the next day and they told me my other disc was rusty and they'd cleaned it. So why wasn't this noticed or mentioned when I brought it in the first time?! 

I picked it up later on and yep....you guessed it.....the sound was still there. After 2 visits! I took it in again yesterday and they said they now had to change my other disc and pads for £250 Inc labour again! Am I a mug? They did call later to say they'd waive the labour costs but the truth is, I'm not taking it back. 

I tend to take my car in, get it sorted and I leave happy but after my last experience and how dismissive they were when I was airing out my concerns about constantly bringing it  (and missing work because I need my car for work).....I've accepted that I was robbed and I have taken it to people who know what they are doing.

After my car had decided to be unresponsive to me this morning (literally would not do anything!) i finally got it running and took it to this garage near my work hoping to leave it with them for the day. The man was so lovely and was able to help me straight away and sorted the problem out within seconds! Will now be my go to garage!
