Really nice genuine people, I was in for an MOT and trialed some fantastic cakes whilst I was waiting. Worthwhile stopping by and trying the red velvet when the cafe is up and running on the 1st June.
Excellent, fast and friendly service! My husband and I brought our motorbike in for it's MOT this week and chose to sit and wait in the excellent Barn cafe and reception area. The reception ladies were lovely and we both received a complimentary coffee and biscuits whilst we waited. When we came to leave, the bike wouldn't start and my husband flattened the battery trying so I nipped in to the reception and explained to the lady on at the time what had happened and she called through to the workshop. The guys were all busy with other vehicles including the bike guy so they were unable to help us straight away so we had to leave the bike there. I gave them a call in the morning and they had taken the bike in and charged the battery for us overnight and the bike was now starting beautifully. I asked what we owed and was told nothing - no charge at all. Really can't fault these guys, local to us, super helpful and a fantastic service - definitely our new 'go to' garage, thank you.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Booked in for the first time at wilford Lane garage to have my air con looked at and to check some scraping on my brakes. Re gassed my air con after formula one autocentre claimed I needed a new condensor and air con working great again. Check brakes and advised that the scrape was only a bit of rust and brakes in otherwise good condition. Very professional service throughout, courtesy phonecall reminder the day before and I picked my car up same day after only a few hours. Will be using as my go to garage from now on and would definitely recommend this garage. Cheers
Adam was very good checking my flat battery for me and alternator and all is well! Didn't charge. I don't know who I spoke to yesterday but all helpful today.
Car MOT. Used this garage for the first time, they was highly recommended when I asked on social media where to go in the area. Very friendly service, the reception area was very clean and tidy. Quick with doing the MOT and sorting out my bulbs that needed replacing for me. Will definitely be going back for a service in a few months. Thank you Wilford lane.
Took car to this garage with an engine fault, was told it would be 2 days to look at it. Was told they couldn’t find anything wrong with the car and charged for diagnostics. Fair enough. Took car on a test drive and the fault reoccurred. Went back and was charged again to “clear the engine fault light” that’s right folks, not to fix the problem but to turn off the light indicating there is a problem. Had to take the car to a Kia garage to get fixed. Speechless. Absolute cowboys steer well clear.
I am new to the area and try to find a garage nearby. This one is just awful. Staff are not friendly, just keep saying they are busy all the time while you see them chatting and smoking at the place. Probably after my review, someone may say “I am sorry that you feel in this way”. And they just don’t feel sorry at all. Just try to tell others to ignore, however if you do wanna try, just try it and you will know what I am saying. And yes, now you see your care about the review more than a customer. Your staffs should know the consequence that a review will come up when they treat customers in their “way”. You probably know who is smoker and you can keep saying this is a fake review. Who cares? About the reply from you, you never ask what is happen to me and what kind of service I am looking for, you just keep saying maybe that is fake, or I ask to make things done immediately. It just shows that you don’t care people at all. It is not your problems but just other people’s fault. Speechless!
They advised me to replace brake pads. I refused and 7000 miles later they are fine. Had the car fixed here and a month later there was another problem, coincidence ? i do not know but I would not use them again, they will squeeze as much money out of you as they can, do not trust this garage at allServicesBrakes
MOT. Great service, fast and efficient - from my experience, they are always on time and with work carried out and great receptionist who was very polite and kept me informed about the MOT. Would recommend. Thanks again, Kam
