Have an accident is stressful, so is dealing with insurance companies however Impact Accident Repairs were brilliant at a very stressful time. The team there were reassuring, supportive and efficient. The work was done to a high quality and they liaised with other parties on my behalf. They did everything they could to make a worrying time much easier for me. Thank you.

Awful overall job. Paint work has dirt and blemishes underneath. My car was given back to me worse than it went into their workshop. Panels were not aligned, they had tried sticking my bonnet scoop and front grill back in but these just pulled straight out. Clips under the bonnet and in the engine bay were missing and now broke and there were pipes and wiring harness left resting on top of my engine. They broke my headlight washers and upon them fixing this the headlight is no longer flush like previous. My car went back in total 3 times before I gave up and got it rectified elsewhere. However the customer service is good, I'm just glad the work didn't come from my own back pocket or I'd of been asking for a full refund.

Excellent job from start to finish. Very good staff on reception job excellently done . Car valeted inside and out. Highly delighted with whole transaction which went extremely smoothly. Well done and thank you

Prompt efficient service, 2 days instead of 4, car back to fab and a full valet to boot. Would highly recommend. Thanks
