Overall experience very good. Had booked in for a Free check of brakes. I was informed that my brake pads and discs (front & rear) needed replacement . Was explained the costs and the Life time warranty on the brake pads and the time it will take to complete the job. I got a call to tell me my work was completed and I could pick up the car. All of this was done very professionally. The work cost me the same as it would cost me at the BMW dealership and the Halfords centre could throw in a free valet of the car as this is standard at a BMW dealership.

I didn't know any good mechanic in Nottingham so I decide to go to halfords. It was great but expensive. I paid for major services with 70 points check. Everything were great except the cost of replacing the break pads more much than other garages. My car is Mercedes c180 2004 w203

Took my 09 insignia in for major service , got a phone call asking where the locking nut was for the wheels which i forgot to take, they still carried out the service and booked me in again for the brakes to be checked the following week, they are probably not the cheapest but the staff couldn't have been more helpful and they're work is guaranteed , any questions are answered politely and in full so overall very happy and will carry on taking my car there for any mot or service
