I could write a long paragraph but what is the point. This firm must be avoided. Charged my unsuspecting 69 year old sister over £382 for work that should have been under a hundred £100. Basically tighten the hand break cable on Mercedes 190e Reg G442 JWA for mot. If you have read this please take note of all the other bad sentiments. I wish my sister had had the sense to read these reviews. The reception manager is an particular obnoxious person. How they continue to trade is beyond my understanding it's obviously not from repeat bussiness.

If I could leave No stars for this corrupt garage I would. I doubt if the mechanics are Mercedes standard trained. The service manager is an Arthur Daley character, dishonest and slippery.My car was returned to me with the same fault it went in for. I can not prove it but I am sure the car just sat on their forecourt all day and I was billed £257 for the privilege. When I made a complaint they were rude to me and told me if I was not happy inform Citizens Advice. If you have any sense at all do not use this outfit.

Please remember that any positive reviews of this firm come from friends and family of Steve Raynor. Even his daughter Charlotte Raynor has left a positive review. How stupid is that. Any way if the Kray twins weren't locked up or dead they would be proud of this garages criminal conduct in over pricing customers and charging for work that does not need to be done. Do not use this garage.

Cowboys. They attempted to charge me for work that did not need to be done. After a bit a digging around, it seems the owner is known for being a rogue trader.
