Competitive pricing and easy to use booking system but the work seems rushed. I've had issues with my service not being completed correctly meaning it had to be re-serviced, and when I went to part exchange my last car, I had to submit documentation as Mr Clutch had entered some MoT details incorrectly on the system. The chaps that work there seem lovely though.
Had a clutch change here, have been really impressed with how friendly, welcoming and open the team have been - both at the time and for follow up checks. Would recommend!
Great service and technical advice, understood clutch problem and sorted a cost effective professional fix.Fitted 4 new tyres whilst car was in for the clutch work, again giving professional advice and saving me money on fitting the correct tyres for my vehicle and annual mileage. Will be having all future work on my vehicle carried out by this garage.

Always excellent. Usually use the Crayford branch but I am in Nottingham for university. MOT failure on two tyres and a rear spring. All extremely helpful as I managed to pass my MOT the same day thanks to the work they put in. Reasonable prices and always know it’s an honest price at that.
I do most of my own maintenance, however my clutch was slipping on my old 1995 Peugeot 306 which I'm restoring, and I simply didn't have the time or facilities to do the job quick enough, and these guys were by far the most competitive estimate I received of places that even bothered to get back to me. In addition to this, they even called me during the day to advise me that the guide tube was leaking and that the flywheel was contaminated. They asked before starting work if I was happy to have a new tube and a clean up of the flywheel done as part of the work to save me coming back rather soon for another clutch... very upfront about the price and still got the job done on time. Good communication will keep people coming back including myself. Cheers guys!
We rang up Mr Clutch Nottingham 21st Dec 2022 in the hope for a fix before Christmas. They gave us a really good price for clutch change and they were able to fit us in before Christmas. Shaun was really helpful and even came up with a working plan to be able to leave the car out of hours. Brilliant customer service and they did exactly what they promised. Would highly recommend Mr Clutch to family and friends.
Mr Clutch was fantastic at getting me booked in with car the same day when I was having issues with both the exhaust and shock absorber. Thank you for your fantastic services, both customer and skilled, I have used this branch multiple time and have never experienced and issue happy customer!
Really happy with the repair work done by David at Mr Clutch Autocentres at Queens Drive in Nottingham. My car suddenly started making a loud continuous rattling noise on the way to work. Halfords was too busy to accommodate any emergency diagnostic and repair work for a week but Mr Clutch kindly accommodated me even though I later found out that they were booked up for a week. Turns out the exhaust had come apart and become disconnected from the rear silencer. My car was repaired and ready for pick-up by the next day. I am most grateful for this because I need the car for work would have needed to take a train and bus otherwise. Thank you for making a stressful situation a lot less stressful!
Great staff! Friendly and honest! Got my MOT done with them and I would highly recommend.
