Great customer service Had an issue with car 5 months after purchase all trouble free previously. Contacted James/Ross, car was taken to workshop and all repaired resolved without fuss. Keep up the great work guys, will be back when ready to upgrade!
Just bought an immaculate Jaguar E-Pace from Your Car Group and would definitely recommend them. The communications with James were prompt, professional, and very helpful, plus they even delivered it around 200-miles from their showroom in the price. They ensured the car was serviced, MOT’d, and fully valeted before delivery, then Carl washed it locally just before dropping it off, very impressed.
Bought a Range Rover sport from Ross. Had a minor issue which they resolved for me with no resistance at all. The car is in great condition and the guys have been brill to deal with. I would buy from these guys again.

I have just bought an Audi SQ5 from the guys here at Your Car Group and I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking to buy a new car. They have a great selection of high quality cars. Upon going to the company to look, there was no pressure selling, you were able to browse at your own leisure. I was given the keys to test drive the vehicle I was interested in without feeling under pressure to buy it. They are very knowledgeable about the cars they keep on their forecourt and are able and willing to give any help and advice you need. They carry out thorough health checks on the vehicles and even find the smallest of issues that the average person wouldn’t even think of and are more than willing to get any issues you may find corrected for you. Upon the purchase of my car, which was extremely easy and painless, not only did they put fuel in my car for me. But they also gave me a bottle of wine and a gift voucher for a photo studio as a thank you. This is something I haven’t even experienced from some main car retailers so I was very impressed with this. So anyone thinking of getting a new car, I couldn’t recommend this company more highly.
After weeks looking for a second family car, we came across Your Car Group on AutoTrader. From the first call, Ross couldn't be more helpful. He gave us all the information about the car and it's history. 4 days later we went back to purchase our new addition. James was brilliant, he is even ordering us new car mats and gave us a bottle of bubbly. Ross went out of his way to keep me informed about the car I was interested in. I was also picked up from the train station and then left to give the car a really good look over without feeling like someone was breathing down my neck. All the questions I had were taken seriously and answered. The car was well presented and I am very please with it. In short I experienced first class service.
Very relaxed and great experience. Very relaxed test drive able to get what i wanted out of the car. Just given the key and a bit of fuel. Wonderful. Told they needed to do work on the car which was worth it as alloys were repaired, car polished and whole process for payment took less than half an hour. Highly recommended!
