Turned up at my house after me booking day before, I reminded them that I was disabled and that it would take me a minute or two to get down the stairs. I was told all is fine. At 9:30 am today I had a driver come and just start shouting at my mum, saying I should of been awake, I was lazy, that he had to go he then slammed the door shut on my mums face. He came back one minute later and carried on shouting, purposely standing over my mum saying he wanted to be paid for coming and that he was leaving to go to another job. He left at 9:36am I booked the taxi to take me to college for 10am. I will NEVER use David's taxis again. When I tried to call and talk to someone I got ignored and the phone put down on me. DONT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE!!!!!

The service we received on Saturday was superb. Having been let down by another company they could not have been more helpful and were able to pick up 10 of us from out in the countryside and then drop us back later that night. Very friendly, reliable and such nice people to deal with.
