Feel so fortunate to have found Leader cabs. Following an accident I was suddenly without a car, and the waiting time for a courtesy car was uncertain. I live in Brighstone and this seemed to be a no go area for the first X3 other taxi services who refused to entertain coming out to Brighstone, this left me in a real pickle as I work at the hospital and could not work from home. When I called leader cabs they were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble, when they picked me up from work to take me home we even did a quick stop so I could get some essentials from Sainsburys. On time, reliable and wonderful staff who absolutely saved me in my time of need. I now have a courtesy car but have saved Leader Cabs number and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you so much Leader Cabs!

I have used this taxi service countless times. They are always reliable and drivers make you feel so safe and comfortable. Rides are always well priced and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy taxi company.
Easy to use app, pick up on time, journey smooth.
Excellent service. We had pre booked with another taxi company who didn't turn up. Leader Cabs came to our rescue,sent text to confirm and pre-quoted. 10/10
Very poor and rude telephone manner, when booking. I was asked for pre-payment, they said .. “in case they come all the way from Newport to freshwater, and I don’t turn up!!” I was going to St Mary’s hospital for an operation,? I could not believe this attitude, hasten to add I have gone elsewhere.
Been called waisted. Misspelt of course. Its wasted . Been insulted because I decided to cancel my cab. I did that solely on the basis that I didn't like the lazy uninterested way the controller answered the phone. This is a review site afterall .
