the after care from wicks to replace a faulty bathroom product was extremely poor

Extremely poor service, had a kitchen fitted week commencing 15th May. Still not completed and they never return your calls. I have spent a fortune on phone calls being passed from one department to another. Very disappointed customer and they don't seem to be bothered in the slightest.

Good easy parking.very good wide range of goods.reasonably priced but long wait at check out .only one serving .excellent burger van in car park with home made burgers.

We came for wall tiles and found it hard to see which price matched which tiles. The only way I could find out was to take the tiles to the customer service which was inconvenient and time consuming. We gave up in the end
