In store people are lovely and helpful the issue is the deliver drivers. Faces like thunder before they they've even entered the buiding, bad attitude, grumpy, lying, huffing and puffing. Little rays of crapiness. Seen them twice in the past year and not buying again due to them. Do not recommend. Customer services course is needed ASAP.

Very friendly member of staff. Not at all pushy. Took time to explain the pros and cons of all the options. Competitively priced. We'd go back if we needed another bed.

Nice beds and furniture but certainly at the more expensive end of the market.
I am absolutely delighted with my stair carpet. Nothing was too much trouble for Lee in the store and the contract fitters. Cant wait for the bedroom to get sorted next. Thanks
