This company is a BIG joke, this is the second time they have messed up my order. First time I ordered 3 doors they sent 1 which was completely different to what I ordered. Then today my 6 doors came and I also ordered 2 packs of handles and 1 came and not the other. I had to call up to see where the other one was and the RUDE manager said the other one was coming from stowmarket but when I placed my order on the 15th of January I was told there was 3 packs in store and they would put the 2 packs with my order of doors with a sold sign on there!!!! I will never ever shop at this useless company again....

Went in Saturday and bought some more floor tiles as not bought enough , spent a lot of money , also bought a Stanley knife and tin of gloss paint , got home and realised I hadn’t picked the paint off the counter , and as I live out of town thought I would nip in during week and pick up . Got to counter and said I’d left a tin of white gloss paint on counter , the young lad looked round the counter and there was my tin of gloss paint , ask for receipt , I could not find it so he wouldn’t let me take paint , it was obvious it was mine as only tin of paint on the counter , and gloss white same as I paid for , I do not keep all my receipts and very often bin them on way out for stuff like this , if they had have looked on their cctv or receipts for that day they would see the items I purchased on that day , I am neither a thief or a liar , I have now got to buy another tin of paint and can guarantee it won’t be from wickes , and after spending in total nearly £200 in total on tiles I have a good mind to take them back and never set foot in there again , I feel cheated and robbed Merry Christmas Scrooge
