Highly recommend Brett's furniture shop was relaxed to look around had a good selection of settees and chairs ,staff very friendly helpfull and knowledgeable We needed a certain size settee as had a narrow hallway lisa showed us the ones where the back come off, excellent idea. delivery men friendly too soon bought it in and put together. settee and 1 reclining chair delivered 2 weeks ago we are very pleased with it very comfortable and supportive.
As soon as we walked into the store in Ipswich, we felt relaxed. We had looked in the bigger stores for 2 sofas but they were not the leather quality that we were looking for. It’s a small store that has everything you could want, excellent customer service. The two people who run the store couldn’t have done more to help. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for, 2 beautiful sofas in Italian leather for a good price. We will be returning to order some oak furniture. Another thing in their favour, they are keeping the sofas in their warehouse until we are ready for delivery. A brilliant shop and staff and we thoroughly recommend to anybody looking for good quality furniture, and the staff of course. Thank you Bretts.
We dealt with Lisa throughout the purchase of our three seater sofa and snuggle. Not only was the price considerably cheaper than a nearby competitor for the same product, they were able to get it before Christmas. Delivered quickly and with politeness from the company. Will use again and would recommend.
I cannot highly recommend Brett’s furniture store enough. The lady in the store LISA was utterly amazing, I rang her & asked about recliner chair & how desperate I was to get one that day for my mum as her one had broken etc.. LISA, said she had one in store & could have that one, otherwise the wait for delivery is 17 weeks ! My mum could not wait that long due to her disability. LISA was extremely helpful & went beyond being helpful & kind. I cannot praise Brett’s & LISA enough. Thank you for everything you’ve done & it was delivered that day !!! Excellent service as always
Excellent service, free to browse. Clearance sale prices fantastic. I had a relaxed experience today at Brett's furniture Ipswich. I was able to try all the sofa's and really get a feel before I made a decision. There was no pressure, I was shown sofas within my budget and there was no rush for me to make my purchase. I left there feeling entirely sure with my choice and feel very looked after. Would recommend a visit even to browse as the atmosphere ad pleasant staff made my visit enjoyable. There was no hard selling and really no pressure.
We are a household of ex furniture sales people so aware of fake sales people and being pressured. NONE of which are at Bretts. Lisa was a total joy she listened to our requirements and left us to try out the suites and make our decision. Lisa went above and beyond especially with a UK shortage of lorry drivers. She pulled every string possible to get our suite to us as fast as she could. The delivery and set up was equally as good. Clean, smart, polite and totally efficient. I can honestly say Bretts have provided the best customer service I've ever received when purchasing furniture. THANK YOU and as Arnold Schwartzeneggar would say "I'll be back"
I struggled to get a sofa I wanted, it was becoming a real challenge for me untill I went into this shop, and there was Lisa, like a Guardian Angel who with her expertise and knowledge, solved the problem...Thankyou so very Much.....
We have now used Brett’s 3 times for carpets. Initially we foolishly went to one of the big retail park carpet sellers thinking we would get a good deal but sadly this was not the case. After add ons for underlay, fitting, grippers and glue we ended up paying a lot of money for an inferior product. We then happened to drive past Brett’s and popped in on the off chance. We are very glad we did. There is a great personal service without any pressure and great value for great products. Each time we have used them has been a good experience. Even when an error was made somewhere along the line Fraser went over and above to rectify. We are looking forward to the fitting of our next carpet and will return again for both carpets and furniture.
Having been in the service industry for over 40 years it was a delight to find a company that punches well above its weight. Nothing, I mean nothing was too much trouble. From expert service in the shop, superb carpet fitters, polite caring warehouse operatives they all worked together to make my house a true home. I WILL use Bretts again.
Outstanding service. Had the hallway and stairs carpet replaced yesterday and we couldn't be happier. Fabulous job guys and a huge thanks.
