It's rare that I often feel the need to write reviews however I went to jewson in Ipswich yesterday and from start to finish the service was spot on, knowledgeable staff, and very helpful. I purchased some 5.5.mm plywood for a divan bed reinforcement. The chap who was rather large in stature like myself unsure of his name cut the wood to my measurements. We both looked at it and they looked really small. He measured them again and even checked online at double bed sizes and they were correct. They looked alot bigger when I got them home and they fitted a treat. I will most definitely be going back. Especially as the chap from wickes recommended them to me in the first place.
Some really kind decent people work here, and always good professional service from everyone! Excellent customer service!

Super place. Especially the showroom which is a one stop shop and better service than the other places we went too.
Excellent service, chap in timber section went out of his way to help us, would recommend.
Had to wait ages to return hire equipment, hire rates not very competitive, however the hire guy was very helpful
Very helpful man called Doug helped my friend with his decking timber purchase by cutting the pieces to the correct size
Amazing place, super helpful ppl they even cut my timber for free!!!
Prompt service don't leave you standing around important when you're self employed and knowledgeable
