Always a pleasure coming into branch. Designers, desk and warehouse staff always polite and welcoming and no issues with refunds or replacements should you need to. Car park can be a bit awkward but not much they can do about that.
Very helpful, can order online will get a phone call when arrived in store to collect. Will help to put in vehicle if large sizes. Have a kitchen showroom. Staff friendly

We were after some oak veneer interior doors and went to howdens to have a look. It was our 1st visit there & very impressed by the quality service we received. We ordered them on a Monday & by Wednesday morn they were delivered. They delivery driver also offered excellent service by the way he handled every door with care. Would definitely recommend anyone to visit Howdens.

Fantastic service from start to finish from the Howdens team, especially Sam who listened patiently to our wishes and designed a perfect kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble with any little query or problem being solved and dealt with immediately. We were very impressed with the quality and competitive price of the kitchens and appliances we have received, the delivery was also trouble free with good communication throughout the procedure. We would thoroughly recommend Howdens and would like to thank Sam and the team for all their professional help and won't hesitate to use Howdens again in the future.
Brilliant service. My husband called in for some new wooden runners for the kitchen we had fitted several years ago. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The kitchen we had installed at the time still looks as new as it did the first day and the quality is fantastic.
Such a baddest job I have ever seen in my life Please don’t use howdens Ipswich We have paid totally payment in September they delivered few units n drawers in October N still waiting for worktop , very rude , not helpful , Staff is rude not answering call, not Replying emails , Worktop ppl any company connected to howden but such a rude, never answer, number is always off , It’s been nearly 4months still kitchen not done, haven’t still not fitted work top from howden, my wife struggling to feed kids everyday , school, job everything tough , When we order they said 2 week , not still done work top , without worktop how can you cook They done many mistakes on Kitchen units as well From September to December Payment taken in advance all Please please don’t go ever howden
We were a bit late getting there apparently but they couldn't wait to get us to leave at 12 on a Saturday. Generally rude and unhelpful. Not made to feel welcome.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Howdens in Ipswich for your new kitchen. We consulted with Richard and he went above and beyond and saw our kitchen project through from start to finish. He was attentive to our needs and made bespoke suggestions that we hadn't even considered, he did what he said he was going to do and delivered on time with no problems. Our dream kitchen became a reality and it's all thanks to Richard and Howdens.
