What an absolute joke the Waltham Cross branch has 2 young members of staff that refure you to the website for anything apart from paying for something, the post office only has 1 till open out of 6 with 1 and a half hour queue of 30 people. Again complain and your refured to their website. If they can't be bothered with customers then they should shut the place down and do one. And as for the reply that something would be done about the lack of staff at the post office that's absolutely nonsense because there have been same complaints from months ago and nothing has been done about it. 1 till open and 30 people waiting over an hour. If you can't handle it don't take on the franchise.
Pathetic....unless you have a spare hour or two. No staff, rude staff, uninterested staff. Why give a post office franchise to people so so unsuited to running a business??
Been here 3 times too many, This is by far the worst post office I’ve had to wait in line for, the queues there are awful and unnecessary, there are around 6 tills but always only 2 staff, and often they just leave the till without saying anything leaving customers bewildered, they should lose their licence, can’t stand these family run post offices, I’d say 45min wait for service here. You’ve been warned.
Well stocked with different types if stationeries, really good options available
Around 15 people turned up to the post office before 9, which is the opening time. Nobody expects to be served before 9 which is fine. The staff enter somewhat after 9 and take 15 mins to set up. When I asked should you not be open at 9 she said we don't get paid for that. Funny how we are effectively paying your wages by using your service and might I add dont have to, all 15 people can get there on time and you can't.
The post office is inside this store, at the back. Their customer service is poor, some staff have zero skills and very unfriendly, I always avoid this branch if I can because of this.
One person serving at the in store post office. Absolute joke! Get your act together!
Post office. Slow. One member of staff walking around for 15 minutes "looking like" she was working. Really no customer service at all, please hire more staff. It is not professional when you have a queue with over 30 people and 1 person behind the till. Hire more people.
Post office inside is the worst i’ve visited in all my time. The man working there is an utter jobsworth, even that’s an overstatement, as he doesn’t really do a job. No sense of customer service - i don’t mind waiting in line but the service there is appalling. Meera on the other hand who works there is lovely.
Huge store, handy for the post office. Air-conditioner a plus.
