Very organised, friendly and pleasant. A wide variety of books are stocked. This branch has an upstairs, which I think is fantastic. I always enjoy coming here. If you are passionate about books like me, this is the place for you.

Seems well stocked and staffed. Waterstones is a chain bookstore. This is a large-ish example, 2 levels and plenty of books.

Lovely and peaceful environment, books sorted conveniently, loyalty card and loads of books on offer every week, although I wish they could add more, lovely selection of gifts, its an absolute heaven for bookworms like me. I think they could do with one or two more members of staff, as I found myself occasionally in need of assistance, and couldn't find anyone to help me as the shop assistants where otherwise occupied elsewhere, but I never had to wait at the till, as service was fast. The staff seem quite knowledgeable when it comes to books and provide good service.
