Truly reccomend whittles to anyone looking for a designer/luxury watch, or jewellery. Every time I go into Whittles (most weeks) I am always well looked after and put at ease. Friendly, no pressure staff. I will continue dealing with Whittles for anything jewellery/watch related and recommend them to all my friends and family.

Pretty unimpressed with my the service my fiancee received here. Took her engagement ring in for resizing before Christmas and she was told even though they didn't stock 14k gold they could still do the work because it was down-sizing rather than up. They even gave her a quote at the time, but was advised to wait until the New Year to take it in. She returned this week to be met by a different person who effectively refused to do the work and told her to take it somewhere else (since it wasn't bought from Whittles originally). Fairly sure this was just a case of 'too small a job'. She felt totally unwelcome. Why mess her around the first time? Incidentally, took it round the corner to another high quality jeweller who accepted the work straight away no problem. We now know we won't be shopping here for our wedding rings!

Bah humbug! It comes to something when whittles have no sense of humour or  good will!

Got a watch for my birthday (which was purchased here) so I took it in to have some links taken out. Everyone was extremely nice and took real time and care with their customer service - even for such a basic day-to-day job. 

I've had a couple of issues with the watch since and they've always been the same - happy to help and take the time to deal with the problem.
