Love this little Pandora box of delicious jewellery. Found on a trip to Preston by chance and now my go to online shop for good value unusual pieces of which I wish I could buy more. My second piece viewed online..bought and posted to me free of charge. When delivered was as lovely as expected within 2 days. Jasper as helpful online as the staff in store. I would highly recommend keos as a quality jeweller that understands their customers needs.
I have recently purchased a diamond and emerald 3 stone ring the staff were really helpful and friendly and they even did me a valuation for the ring I have purchased a pair of earrings in the last few days and as before the female assistants were helpful and help me choose. This is a really nice jewellers and in the future this will definitely be the place to go. I would really recommend

I’ve been lately looking to update my basic, timeless jewelery and came across these emerald stud earrings advertised originally on eBay. Exchanged a few technical questions with Linda from Keo, after which I’ve called them directly to negotiate price and delivery. A win-win! The colour of these emeralds are bright green, lustrous colour and the art deco encapsulation caught my eye. Overall very happy with the purchase of this pre-loved jewelery. You can never go wrong with timeless pieces in my opinion.
Recently bought a vintage diamond ring from this shop, it's absolutely stunning - I've already received a lot of compliments about it! The jewellery is gorgeous at Keos and their prices are very reasonable, there is something for everyone's price range. I've shopped here before and it's always a great experience, the staff are friendly and so knowledgeable - brilliant customer service!

I bought a gold chain a week ago, I wore it once while taking a shower and the chain simply broke into several pieces. Honestly, it's a joke that such things are sold for so much money. Beautiful pieces of jewellery here at a good price. Service is second to none. Well worth a visit.
Really bad service. I visited the jewellery to get my wife's ring with original yellow sapphire stone resized, which was imported from India. When I got it back after resizing the stone was broken. When I asked them about it, initially they were not agreeing that it is broken, later they said it might have been in this state when I gave it to them. They were not ready to take the responsibility. It was really disappointing since the ring became completely useless. I think the jewellery should be more careful in handling stones.
Purchased online, overall pleasant experience with professional and helpful staff all throughout. Very happy with the item I purchased and hopefully will be purchasing more in the future. All the best.
