Excellent service took a bracelet to be altered did job very well and only charged £5 .

Efficient and cheap service. Part of a leather watch strap had snapped off so I originally took it to Timpsons for repair. Timpsons wanted to replace the entire watch strap, charge £30 and make me wait 4 weeks - took it to Goldsmiths for a 2nd opinion and they added a new part within 20 mins and only charged £2.

I have emailed this business over a week ago about bad customer service I received in store. No response as yet and I'm not expecting one! Will never use this business again.
