Very bad customer service my 14 year old daughters charm broke from the clip it’s was a defective it was only 2 months I showed the receipt and ask them to give me another one the manger Yuen talk to me so rudely and said I cut the charm with the scissors and didn’t return it I was so shocked how can anyone cut a metal with the sissors Took it to Epping store they rerun and gave me another one as a replacement Preston store too greedy for money

Very bad customer service nuygen us so rude
Nice shop but not very good customer service, two girls would have a conversation with each other than serve their customers when we ask question they just pointed draw with rings and none willing to help and continued their conversation. Finally we'll been served by friendly man but we also have to ask him for help because that rings which we looking for was in hidden drawI'm sure that girls knew about that Staff look nice but not doing a very great job.
Amazing store!! Was in the other day shopping for a birthday gift for my girlfriend and I'm clueless about all this stuff, but Grace helped me loads and we settled on something that she really loves!!! Great customer service : give that girl a raise!!!
Went to buy a wedding gift. Friendly staff serving. And, seemingly lots of choice, although it's not my thing. I did find something nice though
I visited the store to purchase a charm fir my bracelet and whilst there decided to fet some earrings. After deciding on which ones we went to the till where she advised they had been priced incorrectly and were £55 not £45. I said I would leave them as there where 3 other pairs all.marked at the same price. She got very irrated saying she would have to adjust the till.and I had wasted her time. As I left the store she was speaking loudly about me to her colleague "customer like that bug me just wasting my time". It's a shame as I go I to the store at least every other month th to purchase gifts. But I will think now before visiting again.
