I had a lovely experience at Peter Jackson the Jewellers. The selection of rings is exactly what I was looking for with some truly stunning pieces. What truly set this place apart however was the exceptional service provided by the staff. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated with the utmost hospitality. The staff were incredibly attentive and answered all my questions. Especially Fleur who helped me find what I was looking for. I highly recommend Peter Jackson the Jewelers to anyone in search of exquisite jewelry and undeniable customer service.
Came in a few weeks ago to look at a TAG was looked after very well and got a great deal the young guy that looked after me was great
I have often shopped at Peter Jackson’s over the years and when I noticed they were doing permanent jewellery I was over the moon. I had an idea and when I enquired about it the women with whom I spoke to were really approachable and empathetic and advised me that they could facilitate it. I attended a few weeks later to have my late twin brother’s chain made into a bracelet and came away really happy and grateful due to the sentimental value of this. Unfortunately, it was a little too big and had to return to have it shortened today. When I saw Crystal was working, she remembered me instantly and assured me she would sort it for me and I just wanted to specifically say thank you to her and how she went out of her way and the professionalism she maintained when a male member of staff she had asked for help snapped the chain. Instead of apologising, this staff member began to try and pass the book and when he obviously began to feel uncomfortable he left and evidently began to discuss what had just happened with other staff. At this point, me and my family could feel eyes on us from around the store as Crystal was doing her best to fix the chain which thankfully she did and when I approached the manager as we were leaving to ask him if he had anything to say as a discussion was clearly being had about me even though I was in no way at fault and ultimately trying to hold myself together at this point he came across as very dismissive. Unfortunately, this was the defining factor of my experience sadly not the positive experience I had originally and with Crystal and an apology at that point could have gone a long way and maybe I would feel differently about taking my custom there again…
I am not sure what store location that was Preston or other place, but I made an order online, because I am from Ukraine and everything was perfect. So what I can say that really made me respect this store: - really fast response and great support Big thanks to Danny - availability of shipping to such countries like Ukraine - fast shipping, it took 5 days. Usual period 3-5 days. - real sales and more, there was a lot of small surprises with necklace that i ordered. In addition there was a discount for a next buy. So, I am happy with such service and my girl is happy with the necklace. A lot of thanks.
Really lovely service helped me with what I wanted even though I was only window shopping today. Made me feel very valued I would shop there again! Looking at Russian three ring wedding bands which usually mean past, present and future. I have been looking for something to represent the verse from Ecclesiastes 4:12 "a cord of three strands is not easily broken" This is the closest I found so far. Philippa, the sales assistant, was very helpful in my search.
Excellent experience! I ordered a watch online and Danny was on hand to assist with every step of the process. He guided me through the measurement/adjustment process so efficiently and in such a friendly manner, he couldn't have been more helpful. An absolute pleasure to deal with. The watch arrived and it is beautiful and a perfect fit. Thank you, Danny. Highly recommended!
Easy to use site and great price for the product. Cheapest anywhere.
Ordered myself a Gucci Ghost ID Bracelet for myself as a treat to find when it arrived I was over the moon. However after close inspection I found that there were quite a lot of scratches to it. Quite disappointed as it’s the same price as buying from Gucci themselves which I have in the past and there’s never been a single mark on them. This wasn’t what I was expecting when paying £275 for a bracelet.
I purchased online as opposed to in-store, but I was thrilled with both the live chat service and my order. The representative was helpful, friendly, answered my questions in a timely manner, and price matched my item as requested with no trouble. My order was dispatched quickly, and arrived well-packaged and nicely presented. My two items of jewellery were as described and expected. Perfect from start to finish; I will certainly buy from here again in the future!
I pre-ordered a limited edition watch in April, today I received the watch and it exceeded all my expectations. The service provided from start to finish has been top drawer, I received regular updates by phone and any queries I had were answered immediately, they also sized the watch at no extra cost. Brilliant company with excellent customer service, I'll definitely be using them again and recommending to others
