Window was stuck down so went in to fix. Got told after 35 mins that the window regulator cable had maybe snapped so the mechanic held the window up with cable ties. Charged £35. Took the car to another garage and the cable ties holding the window up cannot be removed without taking the door panel off. In turn, the door panel cannot be removed without the window being down. Then found out that the cable was fully intact. The regulator wasn't at all damaged, the motor to the regulator had worn down a cog. Botched job for a quick 'fix' at £35. Definitely do not recommend.

I was charged £34 to be told they could not remove a wheel nut. However if I brought the car back on Wed and paid £75 plus labour they could get 4 new nuts and fit them. Morgan car salvage did the job in 5 minutes , give me 4 spare nuts and all for £20! I will never be back, even though the member of staff was very polite, it's all about billing!!!

As a small local business I will not b sending or even talking about this place 2 anyone abit concerning really gang of crooks don't no how they get away with it

I've been using Harrisons garage for the last 13 months for servicing, repairs and MOTs. Whilst they are not the cheapest in town, the customer service is excellent. The staff are very knowledgeable and seem to know what they are talking about. They also make sure that the repairs they carry out are actually required, very refreshing, compared to previous experiences of a Ford Dealership.
