Bought a car and within 4 weeks it had to be returned to the garage twice. Disk pads were changed after 3 weeks. Poor customer care and service. I had to take it to a local garage (because I live 52 miles away and not safe to drive). Securing pin holding brake shoe had come adrift, had to fit new fitting kit to brakes and refit drum, secure exhaust bracket, offside shocker had been replaced as leaking. Overall a very poor experience and would strongly advise against buying from them. Only giving 1 star as it won't let me give 0 stars!

After buying from them in June 2017 I had to repeatedly return the car to them with problems over the next 4 months.  I eventually got an independent inspection carried out and presented them with the findings.  They took the car in again and carried out all the work - or so they said - which included new brake discs, pads, shock absorbers, etc.  Surprise surprise 6 months later all of these things need replaced and guess what they never had been replaced!!  Thanks Whitley Bay Motors for your lies and corruption - I now face a £500+ bill but I suppose I should be thankful my family and I are still alive!!!

We were looking for a car (obviously) as we have 5 grandchildren & as they’re getting a bit older wanting something to be able to cater for all, not sure of what make model or price we were after, we thought what better way to find out than just look around, as we visited lots of car showrooms/ emporiums/sales, wherever we went we were pounced upon & felt pressurised, NOT at Whitley Bay Motors though, we were left to browse all the cars available, trying quite a few to see how big & comfortable each were, we spent over an hour looking around & were asked once if we were ok, and informed if we needed anything just to ask & left to our own devices, this was a much easier approach as we didn’t feel intimidated, would recommend Whitley Bay Motors to anyone looking to get on the road, large variety with all models in different areas so easy to find if you’re looking for something specific. when we decide what exactly we want, we will definitely return

A really nice experience. We bought a Mini Clubman here in November last year and have had great service from test drive to purchase and after.  Test drive was great, left to get on with it ourselves, bought the car and have had great personal service ever since. Been back with a couple of faults and they couldn't have treat us better. Really kind and nothings a problem. Will certainly recommend...........
