We had some concern using these people, after reading the wedding dress review, but needs must. We took in two jackets, one a cream DJ with a few 15 year old stains, and we were informed they would do their best.
Which they did. When we collected the jackets, there was only a very small stain, on the DJ, that they couldn't get out. But, once on it was not noticable.
The service was excellent and no extra charge for the removal of the stains. We would have no hesitation in using them again.

If your thinking of getting a wedding dress cleaned- avoid like the plague! We took our dress to Stay Smart Dry Cleaners transit way but the subsequent work and communications were carried out by Whites of Saltash. My wife's dress was worth £1400 and she was worried as the quoted 2 weeks became 6 weeks and countless non-returned phone calls, vagueness of what was the progress and they even couldn't locate the dress on two occasions (once in store and another time when calling)??? 
When we eventually received a call- they asked us whether we wanted it cleaned again as it wasn't clean? 
What the hell do we know about dry cleaning and what are we paying for- I suggested they should use there countless years of experience! The final result wasn't very good with countless marks and stains remaining and the beading starting to come loose! We were told at the point of sale (at Stay Smart Dry Cleaners, Transit way,Plymouth- a subsidiary/stakeholder of Whites possibly) that they had years of experience and that the dress would be spotless and any markings would be removed with no problems and that they have never had a dress in 30 years that hadn't been cleaned. They basically just wanted the money will not recommend to anybody.
