I sent my bike up there for a standard rear brake bleed as you can see from first picture the sheet that states what it went in for the replaced my entire brake disc second picture is new brake disc and third picture is the one they took off what is btw a decently new disc at the time , all the bolts on the disc was loose, they also never told me they replaced the disc at all, no message or call and it’s not listed on the sheet of paper i called up about this, they offered a refund if I wasn’t happy but I told them the money has been spend and it’s done now so it’s fine, just disappointed they didn’t let me know at allnon the first ride out after tightening the bolts one came loose and falls out. I don’t recommend here. If anything go to bikespace in Plymouth Devonport

I purchased a number of parts online which all arrived very quickly. Costs were very competitive. Unfortunately one of the parts was incorrect. I emailed Certini and they replied immediately, sent correct part next day and refunded cost of postage for returning following day. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend and will be using again.

I've been going to Certini for around 3 years now. First it was to look at and then buy e-bikes then for servicing and odd queries. Having been to a number of bike shops in Devon we were amazed and pleased by the sales staff there who simply couldn't be more helpful and gave us good advice on our choice of our first e-bikes.nAfter that all the odd queries and servicing were handled really well - nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for the staff there to deal with. Everyone we dealt with has been polite professional and knowledgeable.

Excellent service, both thoughtful and helpful fixed my urgent bent mech hanger whilst I waited. Good advice but not pushing their brands. Only note of caution is if you're trying not to spend, avoid bringing any method of payment when you visit, it's extremely difficult to not purchase something in this Alladin's cave of cycling gear!

Was happy with the e bike I purchased. Took my bike back for the first service. They fix the minor faults. Mention about the the breaks needing attention or adjustment. When I picked the bike up I test road it and went back in saying the breaks are not good still. They just told me it's not part of the service. Now I have a bike I can't ride and after having a service. They just fobbed me of with a load excuse why it was my problem thanks certini great service.
