Really happy with the service provided.  I mail ordered a Stumpjumper Expert which arrived within 2 days.  I then had some issues with the fit of the saddle - nothing wrong with the saddle, it just didn’t work for me - and I had to go through 2 iterations to find one that worked.  Certini were happy to swap it free of charge I even ended up with a higher spec one and Dave was extremely helpful, returned my calls immediately and sent replacements the same day.

Great service. I ordered a Specialized bike part, which I could not find in the Netherlands or any other EU store.  Although it was not possible to order on de website from outside the UK, this was no problem after I sent them an email with the request.

During the current Covid climate, buying bikes has become a difficult task!  I managed to find that Certini had the Cube Attain Pro that I was after in stock! I ordered straight away and got told that it could take 2-3 weeks for the bike to arrive.  The bike then turned up in just over a week! I was speaking to Wend through email about my bike and she was super friendly, responsive and honest.  Bike was packaged very well and I was able to track the driver for delivery.  5* service, will use them again in the future with absolutely no hesitation.

Visited the shop and was given great personal service. Great advice and no nonsense assessment of what would best suit my needs. No one trying to sell me a bike I couldn't afford. Perfect. Well done guys.

Really cool bike shop, however didn't have a great experience. Myself and my partner went in looking for a bike pump initially. We bought 2 second hand bikes a couple years ago and we have a bike lock, however we moved house recently about 2 months ago and lost the keys to the bike lock. When having a look online most advice said go to your local bike shop and ask to get it removed.  So I did ask, but as soon as I asked the questions if they could, I felt the person's attitude changed towards us, I can understand having a thought the bike might be stolen , but the lock is just tied around the bike and we don't have the tools to remove it by ourselves. I don't know what experience they have had in the past but I feel it is a pretty bold thing for a bike thief to come into a shop and ask them to remove the lock for them. The bikes are not great quality and not worth much but they are our bikes. I felt like this person started treating us like thieves of our own bikes when we made the simple mistake of loosing our keys, I'm by no means saying they were rude but I felt the whole attitude change and it made myself and my partner feel quite uncomfortable. If we were looking for new bikes we would probably go there but it's a shame we had this experience.  We would have happily paid a fee to get the lock removed from the bike but we have now bought cable cutters online to try to do it ourselves as I wouldn't want to go in again and be treated as if we are criminals doing something dodgey.

Popped in this morning with a flat tyre and the boys were amazing, changed both inner tubes for me in minutes and helped me with some extras. Will definitely be back!

Bought my S-Works Tarmac Disc from Certini and they drove from Plymouth to Swansea themselves to deliver it! Now thats customer service! Thanks very much Certini! Will definitely be using you again!

Both Robb and Wend at Certini were nothing short of amazing when I ordered my bike.  Regular communications/update emails, happy to answer any questions, and even unpacking my back hours before delivery to Invisiframe it before repacking & sending.  What an amazing team!  Thanks so much.  Can't imagine I'll go anywhere else next time I need a bike.

I received fantastic service from Robb who helped me to compare my current frame's geometry with a new candidate bike to assess fit. He even had a test bike setup with flat pedals ready for me to test and had the allen key in his pocket ready to do adjustments on the fly. These little details really stand out - Robb clearly pays attention to the details. He is extremely knowledgeable about the bikes in store and can answer any question thrown at him. Really great service, thank you folks!
