The worst company in London. Had to call 10 times to get someone on the phone. They said someone would have come to get window measures the same day. No one showed. Called again, same story.  As a business I cannot accept such unprofessional behaviour. They let us down with a shop window broken for a week. If they didn't want the job could have said S from the beginning and save us the waste of time.

I would strongly recommend NOT using this company.  We asked WHG to come and quote to reglaze/refurbish our windows. They sent "one of their boys" to quote. However, although the quote was reasonable he did not complete the job to a satisfactory standard, damaged the existing windows, was very messy and caused serious additional damage to my flat using a shelf as a step etc!!. He also demanded an advance for materials to complete the job/repair the damage but then never returned and White Horse glass has refused to respond to our messages.  We have had to spend nearly £1000 repairing the damage to the windows and other damage caused to the flat. It has been a very upsetting experience.  They say they are FENSA registered but if you check the FENSA website this is not true.

Very rude,  overcharged by £40, when i questioned it he invited to the side to sort things out, threatened not to refund my money after waiting two weeks for a toughened glass,  NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THEM,  never called me when promised,  blaming everything on others......

The most unprofessional serviceI have ever received.  The prices are as low as the standard of customer care.  Avoid.
