A very disappointing experience. The first worktop cracked on installation, Mark did agree the next day to replace it when I expressed my concerns about the cracks and slope but we then waited 7 weeks for the replacement worktop admittedly Mark was on holiday for the first week of this. As our builders were not prepared to install the worktop because like they said 'if it cracks on installation we will be liable so we prefer not to do this' we paid the extra to have it installed. We regret not asking more questions about what 'the installation' process involved; we knew it involved helping Mark carry the worktop in and placing it in situ but we didn't appreciate that it did not include fitting or securing the undermounted sink to the cabinets or worktop or sealing around the worktop edges - it was literally to put glue on top of the worktop cabinets and place the worktop on top.
