Gary and his team did a superb window replacement job for us in E14. We were very impressed with the quality of the windows and the finishing of the installation. Good straightforward communications with an experienced firm.
EDIT: I ordered 2 more windows this year 2024. The quality of installation has deteriorated a lot, and Mike left a mess too. Very disappointing from a company I trusted. I have had a great experience with Betterdeal Windows and can highly recommend them. Communication, installation, and the windows themselves are all excellent!

Replaced all windows and garden door old rotting single pane. Really happy with the price, outcome and service. Massive difference to heat retention and security! Team were great to communicate with and work with on site. Would absolutely recommend. Thanks guys! Should have done this years ago!
Terrible experience throughout. Our dealing with the owner/sales person was great up to the point of sales. After we signed the contract it all changed. The contractors smashed the windows from the third floor to the outside of the building and left it for us to clean. There was no warning or instruction to ask neighbours to move their cars so the glass fell on them. When we informed Gary, he started being very condescending trying to blame in on us and our failure to notify the neighbours. The windows installed with over 1.5cm gaps through which you could see outside. Took lots of going back and forth to explain that it can't be left like this. The contractor was acting in a very angry and nervous manner to the point of intimidation. We specifically asked them come back and fill the holes around to finish the job but we were told it was up to fensa standards. When finally the gent came he was acting surprised that we wanted him to fill up all the holes even though we spent two days trying to solve the issue and agreed on the next steps. Seeing other reviews, we must have been terribly unfortunate.

I got estimate of 5 companies, all the big names and my neighbour gave me Gary number who has done about five houses on my street. He came in time and met me was very upfront and honest and told me what he is going to do. I have been in property for over thirty years so I know when I see a company that is very professional and can deliver. When his guys turned up to do the job they were amazing very respectful polite and done an amazing job. The look of my house has changed completely and quality of goods and workmanship is outstanding, I am so pleased I went with Gary and his guys I am over the moon with the windows and service is next to none. Look no further!!!! If you need windows this is the form To use and they are so reasonable, but also very personable.
