We had a lovely comfy room with a panoramic view. The place has real charm. The proprietors make everything relaxed and friendly. I wish we could have stayed longer, and next time we'll bring our dog too.

The hotel is pleasant place situated close to the sea front. The rooms are comfortable equipped with all you'd expect from a family run hotel. I would have given it five stars except we had problems with our shower but other than that it's a lovely place with friendly helpful staff. I recommend this yo any family looking for a good value place to stay when visiting the Rhos-on-sea area

Me and my partner were welcomed by the owner who we found very friendly and happy to help. The room was clean and tidy, comfy bed too. The staff here are very friendly and polite, the breakfast is brilliant i would definitely recommend. If i were to stay in the area again i would be definitely staying here :)
