Have stayed here on a regular basis over the last few years and the staff in both the hotel and the Brewers Fayre next door could not be more friendly, helpful and caring and that includes when covid was on the go. The rooms are comfortable and clean and staff are happy to provide extra towels etc., Have no problem recommending this hotel and look forward to my next stay.
Lovely stay here, all staff members were lovely and welcoming. Chloe in particular went out of her way to relocate us to the same building as our family and couldn’t do enough to help us. Clean room, quiet, easy to get to. If I could suggest anything it would be to have king size beds and a more powerful shower. Will be back.
Nice quiet hotel, cosy room with very comfortable bed. Very happy with our stay and would have liked to add an extra day but they quoted 2.5 times the price which we'd paid for the nightly rate so much too expensive for us. Only minor issues were the almost non existent WiFi and very limited choice of TV channels. Rooms: Room was clean and well presented with very comfortable bed.
Excellent location for our visit to Colwyn Bay and the usual high standards of cleanliness we've come to expect from Premier Inn. Bed, as, always, hugely comfortable and as an arthritis sufferer, I really appreciate the height of the bed.Rooms: 5/5
Can't fault the place. Never gone wrong with a premier inn. Great rooms, great service, great price. About an 8 minute drive or 50 minute walk into Conwy town centre and roughly 25/30 mins drive from Aber falls and Betws y Coed.Rooms: 5/5
Messed up our breakfast booking and we had to travel to another premier Inn for breakfast. No apologies and refused to liaise with Brewers Fayre, absolutely woeful customer service.Rooms: 5/5
A good location as a base if you want to visit and look at near by towns such as Llandudno and Conwy etc. Worth paying the extra and having the breakfast which is excellent although I didn't think the evening dining was as good or as value. Plenty of parking spaces ant the rooms were clean and tidy. My only niggle was there were very limited channels available on the tv in the rooms we were three rooms and all the same. I think it was limited to about 8 channels plus a few radio stations so not even anything like full Freeview. We were there for just three nights so not that big a problem.
The room was spotless and everything we needed for the night our only issues was the heating wouldn't turn down we tried everything we were cooking at 25.5 degrees, window only opened about an inch so that didn't help and all night the radiator was banging keeping us awake but apart from that was OKRooms: 5/5
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff in both the hotel and restaurant next door are so lovely. Rooms are very clean especially for a clean freak like myself. Plenty of choice in the breakfast too. Will definitely be staying here again.
Clean and comfortable, basic bathroom . Tv only had a few channels , room was cold and heating didn't work . Nearby activities: A pub/restaurant on site and a petrol service station just 5 mins walk away , close to main Town
