minute stroll to the beach. Very friendly and welcoming owners. Great breakfast. Beds comfy and all rooms en suite. A little gem for a reasonable price. Dog friendly. Would go back. Would reccomend.

Stayed, just a couple of days, rooms nice and comfy, breakfast brilliant, caters for all choices.Dog freindly, Molly enjoyed her sausage in the mornings. Close to Colwyn beach and other beaches. Will certainly go back. Pam.

Be very careful when staying here.. credit card details left on reception desk all the time with your name and address underneath it and when confronted the have you removed by the police. Also when booked for 4 days stated pay on arrival the owner took it from my account leaving my account empty and over drawn. Even the police agreed it is not very good but their obviously not up to date with technology and storing people information. The owner and son was rude and verbally vulgar in the words they used against my partner and could not defend the card details being left out for all to see or why the money was taken from my account so called the police saying he was aggressive when she was the one that referred to him as a druggie from Manchester!!! To which I'm sure most people would then react. Our 5yr old was present to which the owner and husband carried on shouting until they was told to stop and my son was taken outside whilst I got a refund. Not friendly or helpful just rude, arrogant, liars, and disrespectful.
