A laid back attitude made the stay very relaxing. The room was very comfortable,  and a good night's sleep was had. The breakfast was a good quality.  Star of the place is boots the cat.

Viv,the owner is warm ,friendly and will always go the extra mile,The house and gardens are simply superb.Had a wonderful stay.

Prefect location for a trip to Spalding, within easy walking distance to the town centre. Rooms are very nice, great size and a high level of comfort. The service provided by Viv is superb, from arrival at odd hours (following a delayed flight) to breakfast and any information you might need. All in all a very relaxing and comfortable stay!
