The room is an accessible room, open and spacious with an en suite walk in shower room. The double bed is large and reasonably comfortable. The proximity to the Springfields shopping centre is a big plus. Although there is no catering provided, there are a variety of nearby restaurants available. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived.
Room was spartan. Not homely and barely comfortable. Toilet was leaking so there was toilet water over bathroom floor. Mugs chipped. Remote control broken. No plug socket by bed. No soap in dispenser. Bin not emptied from previous occupants. Staff member on reception was lovely when we arrived but staff were nowhere to be found on Sunday morning when I wanted more teabags.
We have always stayed here in the past. This time our room wasn't as clean and are in need of attention. Also the cliental staying there has gone down hill my girlfriend felt unsafe going back to the room on her own was a drunk on the step staying there saying things to everyoneRooms: 1/5
Arrived on Sun at 14. Nobody at the reception and got "check in at 15" on the phone call. Breakfast box is the same every morning and is not the dream box. Paid internet is strange nowadays. All for the price of 4 star hotel in touristic destination.Rooms: 4/5

We have stayed there twice now and would do again good location friendly staff. Rooms: Nice and clean room and caters for 3 adults.
Amazing welcome by Michael. Nothing was to much trouble the hotel smelt lovely and was very clean and tidy. Joined to the shopping centre so no walk at all and you are at the shops. Parking opposite the hotel which is fairly easy to park. Overall, highly recommend. A very peaceful nights sleep.Rooms: 5/5
Outstanding service from Michael the receptionist. Nothing was too much trouble and he really went the extra mile. Extremely polite and helpful. He coped extremely well with an it failure at the hotel which must have been extremely stressful for him. Throughout he didn't lose his cool and still managed to give us a great welcome under in spite of very difficult circumstances.
Excellent customer service, nice room. Guests were a bit noisy late at night, but noise eventually died down.Would definitely return. So convenient to shops, walk away.Rooms: 5/5
Firstly, the recipient was lovely, friendly, chatty and very helpful. The room was nice and airy, albeit basic, as was the bathroom. Cleanliness was okay, bathroom could be ventilated a little bit better. Overall it was pleasant for a budget hotel stay, but nothing more than you'd expect.
