Popped in whilst passing with wife . food and beer was lovely I had one of the nicest steaks .very nicely cooked and great price to . señora management had a very nice cheese burger . We Will certainly be back again very soon for sure . Thanks
Great little pub with good honest food, very reasonably priced & dog friendly
Nice food, good portions. Went on a Tuesday and they happened to do 2 for 1 on all main meals, great value.
Went for tapas night on a Friday. Ordered everything off the menu! Fabulous authentic tapas, squid, green beans, patatas bravas etc. Washed down with the local ale. Friendly staff and nice beer garden. Inexpensive for location and child friendly. £105 for a tapas meal for six including two rounds of drinks.
Appears to be a very much a local pub with the local community at heart. We phoned ahead to check they did meals and upon arrival the staff were involved with a local charity event but still found time to make us feel welcome and although the full menu was not available for very obvious reasons they still managed to provide a basket meals. Good beers also on offer. Can't fault and have no hesitation in giving 5*
Friendly pub that we popped into to have a pint under new management, there really friendly and welcoming. Nice beer garden. This will be a little gem.
Nice beer, cheap food and friendly staff. Dog friendly and peaceful. Exactly how a pub should be, no kids, no overly priced food and in a good location
Decided to give this lovely looking pub a chance. Despite being told otherwise by some of the locals. So popped in on a Saturday night with the intention of having food and drinks. The pub seemed fairly busy. It must have been a youth club night or someone’s 18th birthday as there were a lot of younger people in the pub. When we arrived we went to the bar to order our drinks and and ask for a menu. We were told by the very young barmaid that the kitchen was closed and she was the only staff member on-site. We did feel it was a little unfair to leave this poor young girl on her own in a busy pub. There should’ve been more staff on to help her.
Excellent Sunday lunch they offer large or small and all fresh too. Beef cooked perfectly Lamb was to die for and they allow dogs so perfect sunday. Apparently Sunday lunch is quite new for them, I would say well done and will definitely be back thanks all as you offer a friendly service with excellent fresh food.
