Excellent service. Generous portions.  Nice atmosphere in a sympathetically decorated interior. Fast service though we did visit during a quiet spot in April.  A reasonable selection of beers though nothing local as there don't seem to be many microbreweries in this part of the country.  The food prices appear to be a little high until you see the size of the portions. They're big. The photos don't do the dishes justice as the baskets are quite deep. Staff kindly produced pizzas boxes for us to take away.  Extremely friendly staff too.

Great pub and restaurant! I return every time I visit Croyde, it's great. Every night is a fantastic experience. Great beer garden for the summer with plenty of tables and space. Although, it is reasonably pricy, it is great quality food and alot of it! Honestly, great night out! Different to the Thatch: great quality food but a little less formal.

Great place for food and drink at reasonable prices. Especially if you like good quality Pizza, Burgers Nachos etc. Came twice while holidaying in ND. Dog Friendly also

Beautiful food, lovely place to eat, staff helpful and friendly. Dirty fries were fantastic, be aware they are a main meal on there own and not a side

Can get very busy at weekend, good value, do takeaways, dog friendly, nice beer garden, footy on as well.

Such tasty food! Was very busy when we went and no reservations so just need to keep a keen eye for a table!

Great outdoor area for drinks throughout the day in the summer, gas heaters in the evening often with music.

A very nice location. Plenty of outside seating. The staff are friendly and cheerful. The only downside are the draught beer prices, very expensive. You would expect to pay a little over the odds because of the location and it’s seasonal. But over £5 a pint is in my opinion a little excessive.

Delicious fries, country pub outdoor seating, poole table, restaurant.
