Absolutely beautiful building, rooms and delightful hosts. The rooms are pristine and very tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious and Mary and Tim were the most perfect hosts. We truly hope to return there again in the near future. Rooms: Beautiful rooms. Very clean & lovely decor.

We were welcomed with home made cake and tea. Perfect start. Mary was a delight and put us at our ease immediately. The room was lovely but not in the usual way! Lots of books and quirky things. Brilliant. Beamed ceiling. On occasions evening meals are possible, but not tonight so we were directed to a lovely place with superb fish dishes. 10 minutes drive away. Room was lovely and quiet, so we slept well. The breakfast was simply brilliant, you order the night before and say what time you want it for and its waiting for you. Fruit salad, fruit juice, full English, toast and coffee. Cooked to perfection. We didn't need lunch. If we are traveling that way again I think you know where we will be staying. Highly recommended.
Fantastic place, Mary just a great host. Breakfast really good also the evening meal. Our second visit this year and returning in August. The garden is a credit to her. Lovely and quiet. Highly recommend White House Farm!Rooms: 5/5
Beautiful accommodation in a 17th century converted barn. Attention to detail by lovely Mary who was so welcoming and couldn't do enough for you to make sure you enjoyed your stay. Great breakfast choice to set you up for the day. Greeted by Mary on arrival with tea and homemade cake, a very nice touch and immediately felt like home. Definitely would recommend and we look forward to our stay next year. Thank you Mary and Tim
Mary our host was lovely, and couldn't do enough for us. The house, room, and garden we're lovely. Very peaceful, beautiful rural location. Breakfast excellent. More like staying with friends, than a B & B. Great value for money. Would thoroughly recommend it.Rooms: 5/5
Lovely clean place to stay and the owners are great making you feel at home as soon as you arrive with tea and cake! Tasty cooked breakfast as well. Nice garden you can sit and a super friendly pet dog as well. Really can not recommend highly enough!
Me and my wife stayed here for our wedding Anniversary. Mary the owner is so lovely. She greated us with a lovely coffee and homemade cake which was very yummy. The lovely converted barn is a must see for any traveller looking for a fantastic b and b in Norfolk. All the rooms are so lovely and so clean. Marys fried breakfast is a must for all. Nothing was too much trouble and Mary made us feel very welcomed throughout our stay. We will definitely be staying again. Would highly recommend this lovely converted barn b and b. Beautiful peaceful setting, ideal base for touring Norfolk, great area for birdwatching, Mary is the perfect host and bakes the best cakes! We've visited many times , and always look forward to our stay, great choice for breakfast, and fantastic value for money.
We stayed here for one night recently and were put up in the annexe. What a delight. Completely self contained, bed, tv, kitchenette, bathroom etc adjacent to the main building. We were oblivious to the sleet and snow outside that day as it was toasty warm within. Mary, our host was charming. She made us and our dog very welcome. A superb breakfast in the morning. I cannot recommend White House Farm highly enough. This is how to run a b&b. A bargain to boot too.
