Decent pub with a nice big Beer Garden. Food was good, service was maybe a little bit slow. but hey, no worries. One of the locals saved a Stag Beetle whilst also stepping in to wait tables to help out. :-
Stopped off on a whim , service was exceedingly slow , food was worth the wait... ....not enough staff who knew what had to be done with too many customers wanting serving.
Very dog friendly pub, serving excellent food at a reasonable price. Service very good and staff very friendly. Will visit again when next in area and recommend to our friends/relatives.
Great cosy dog friendly pub, good menu choice for vegetarians even with the restricted menu at the moment due to Covid. Ideal for anyone staying at Hurst view Campsite as we were, as its just down the road.
Lovely place staff were all brilliant,be it a bit slow but perhaps they were busier than it appeared, worth a visit food was ok.

Arrived for our booking at 1pm today Monday 14th of June to find the pub closed. No phone call to inform us of this, leaving us to look for another place to eat at short notice.
Lovely pub service was slow the poor lads had there work cut out. Sadly the evening was ruined by a huge fight between locals some people just shouldn't drink.
