Favourite place in London to get massages, Alima is my go to I always get lymphatic drainages massages with her she’s the best. I literally only get massages by her when I’m in London, she really is more of a doctor the a massage therapist, she knows exactly what to do and I always feel safe and in good hands when I go to her. She has helped me treat a lot of areas that needed some attention and care, i don’t care when she goes ill only get massages by her in London. Highly recommend
I recently got a free online consultation about women’s health from this clinic two months ago, and it was very good. My partner and I went in for some therapy sessions after, and we’re really happy with the results. Dr. Lily and massage therapist Mariana are both knowledgeable and caring. The treatments have been effective, and we can see real improvements. Highly recommend this place if you need professional and friendly care!
Dr Lily and her team have been fantastic with my targeted treatments, which have included herbs, teas, diet changes, acupuncture, cupping, reflexology and lymphatic drainage all in combination to support my recovery. I've seen great results over the last few months and it's been worth listening to their detailed guidance and wisdom. Dr Lily has been very caring and committed to my treatment plan. I've also had excellent massages from Kim, Aniela and the team. Dr Lily's newly refurbished clinic in High Street Kensington is also very peaceful, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the team for health consultations and treatments.
Dr Helen is amazing! I came to her after noticing some facial asymmetry and tightness in my jaw - within the first few sessions, the changes were dramatic and after a course, I couldn't be happier with the results. She is such a kind and experienced Dr, can't recommend enough.
I am an endometriosis patient plus both of my fallopian tubes are blocked which made it very hard to conceive for a couple years now. I was browsing online wondering what I could do, when I came across GinSen products. I contacted with Dr.Lily to see what was best for me. I have Lyme disease & co infections. For the co infections mycoplasma & chlamydia pneumonia I’ve been treating following Buhner’s herbal protocol. I’m having fantastic results. Red Sage Root/Dan Shen is an essential part of the protocol. GinSen product is top quality & works well. It’s a much cheaper option than the tinctures sold elsewhere. Quality at a really good price. 10 out of 10.
I love GinSen and will definitely write a more thorough review afterwards. I have visited GinSen 3 times, the 1st time their Kensington clinic and then the Chelsea clinic where I met Dr. Helen. Dr Helen is not only professional and a know-how but also so considerate and compassionate, worth to mention she also has a fun character. I have had my acupuncture treatment with the moxibustion add-on twice by far to tackle a now long-term symptom from a misconduct treatment from another unethical acupuncture clinic in north London near Finsbury park and I felt amazing and positive about the treatments I received from GinSen. Last night I finally felt an active spontaneous sensation, even if mild, from my lower left abdomen the first time in one and a half years without the need to contract my muscle very hard to feel a thing!! I was in tears because of surprise and happiness. Everybody there are just so kind and caring - Liza did my deep tissue massage and I completely love her techniques and her presence in general! FOH Shuang Shuang is amazing and very delightful! Absolutely adore the team there. I felt very comfortable and in safe hands being taken care of. Buying in package is propelled but not forced. No pushy sales and that too is what I like about. I have bought in a package and looking forward to seeing the results - the consecutive sessions of treatment work wonders on me!
A BIG THANK YOU to Dr. Lily and her team including Dr Chen for cupping and Lisa for reflexology! I conceived naturally, and had a full term, successful pregnancy in my 40s, following Dr. Lilly’s acupuncture and other treatments and medication as well as advice on diet. I would highly recommend Dr. Lilly and her team at Ginsen Chelsea.
I have had two consultations with Dr Lily and Dr Chan both have been very professional and listened to my concerns and have advised a plan. I have struggled to concieve for years. I have just started on the herbal tea and supplements. I can see a difference already my last period was pain free and not heavy no cramps and a longer cycle. I'm positive I will concieve soon my main concern was to improve my painful heavy periods which has worked already thanks to the quality of the products.
COULD NOT GIVE A HIGHER RECOMMENDATION!!! Dr Chen has honestly changed my life - and in only a few days. I've always suffered with eczema and skin issues, but the last 10 years have been the worst with most of my body being red, dry and itchy. 'Western' medicine has only given topical relief through steroids and other strong creams and pills - but it always comes back! Nutritionists had also tried, but the 'diets' they prescribed were unrealistic and didn't work. Regularly walking past GinSen I decided to try and was seen straight away by Dr Chen. He recommended a range of things, but discussing prices etc I went for acupuncture, daily herbal pills, a daily herbal tea and a minor change in diet removing three things. THE IMPROVEMENT WAS OVERNIGHT! If you're having ANY skin problems, please go and see Dr Chen. He really has changed my life No more pain. No more scratching. No more redness. - I wish I'd seen him years ago.
