Covid restrictions in place but didn't really affect my stay. Chosen time for breakfast was available at check-in. Room clean and tidy. Right opposite the lift but didn't hear any noise. Good selection available at breakfast - only wish the guests would follow the clearly marked on the floor one way system
Loved our festive afternoon tea yesterday.
Lovely room with a king size very comfy bed. Nice shower. As I only got to visit for work during lockdown I can't comment on the bar. Breakfast was OK but not stunning. Cooked food was only lukewarm.
Lovely hotel situated right in the centre of Liverpool. Staff are very friendly and would do anything to help. Rooms are spacious, clean and accommodating although decor is slightly dated, however this is down to personal preference and did not bother us. Great hotel, brilliant staff, fantastic facilities.
Clean and tidy but bit of a back street entrance. 10 min walk to Liverpool One. Drivers beware there is no on site parking the nearest NCP car park is £25 a day
Great hotel just on the fringes of the city centre . Beautiful, modern, comfortable hotel with brilliant staff and amenities.
